For several years now, I have used TurboTax for federal and state tax returns. Every option I need for filing is covered. Whenever I have needed additional support, the experts with Turbo Tax ate respectful, reticent and knowledgeable. I will use Turbo Tax for a long time.

I don't like not knowing the coat until the very end. I feel that using this program I should be told up front whar the total fees are going to be.
