EASY TO FOLLOW AND EASY ACCESS TO QUESTIONS. THE ? NEXT TO THE VARIOUS QUESTIONS BRINGS UP A BOX ON THE SIDE INSIDE OF A DIFFERTN PAGE WHERE YOU HAVE TO LOOK THROUGH NUMEROUS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. THE ANSWERS YOU NEED ARE THERE FOR THAT SPECIFIC ?. A LOT OF FEES AT THE END IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY QUICKER ETC...ONLY DOWNSIDE, COST AND FEES HAVE INCREASED OVER THE YEARS.
