Turbo tax was designed by nit wits

Horribly complex, some things did not work so I had to re enter a bunch of stuff. The sales stuff and repeated questions are just about as annoying as sitting at the DMV

You have to pay extra for state taxes

They're okay. The cost climbs every year. If they go up again, I'll have to look into other options, which is so unfortunate because it was so convenient.

Not at all happy

Pretty lousy. Took a long time. Errors included difficulty importing investment information. So I was asked to do it again, and ended up with duplicates. And we made Qualified Charitable Contributions from our IRAs and I am not convinced these were ever correct. Plus the annuity I own was from an IRA, but the computing of RMD is not applicable. There form never really dealt with this issue. Lastly, they don't let you see the IRS forms as they are being generated. I know enough about taxes to wish to see those as we go along. Skip the cartoons and show me the forms. Bad experience.
