good system

I did this without help for the first time. All went well except for when I needed to make a correction to the financial institution address. The system prompted me to correct the zip code but it was the state that I needed to fix. The prompt wouldn't let me go there. I finally got to the correct place but it took a long time for me to figure it out.

I appreciate being able to do my own taxes. I have learned a lot, but I must say there was some things. I just didn’t understand when it came to the state taxes.

easy to use, appreciate the explanations at each step though still had to do extra research as the explanations are too short to understand. unable to opt out of $44 protection.
