It's fast and convenient, and very user-friendly. I just don't understand the fee for direct deposit; I feel that's something that shouldn't be charged.

I spoke to a very nice gal today when i called the Turbo Tax phone number. She helped me. It was great that she was able to see what i was doing on my laptop. She was patient and kind.
