I like using this service to do my taxes. Helps you cover all basis as well as helps you think of things you wouldn't normally. I miss the days it was free.

No real incentive to use you again

My experience very accommodating. You don't need an appointment or have to wait in line. Allows breaks. if you suddenly need to run a quick errand. Very Adaptable to your time frame.

Every year I file with turbo tax. I am thankful I can file by myself at my home without having to go inside of an office to file. Thank you turbo tax
