Confusing and went downhill

This year's interface was confusing and nonintuitive compared to years past. I've always used Turbotax but was very disappointed this year. I won't be using them next year and I sincerely hope there aren't any errors on my taxes because of it. Do no recommend.

On-Line Version vs CD

I have been using TuroTax for about (10) years. The new on-line version is slightly different, but fairly easy to follow prompts.

Online vs Desktop versions

This was the first year doing my taxes online with TurboTax. For the past umpteen years, I used the desktop CD version. The online version is compatible with my Chromebook. The interview mode in the online interface was similar to the desktop version. The online version lacked the ability to see specific forms. Hence, I like the desktop version because navigating to forms is much easier to do. I have always found TurboTax software to be accurate an I trust it will be this year, as well.
