Great but expensive.

Turbotax is easy to use and does a great job explaining things. I am a little disappointed at how much the cost has increased.

I did the work by myself but was charged for services I did not use. Product should be priced by what is used not what is offered.

Way too many ads. I can't get relevant information without paying more than the basic package. I Have filed HOH my entire life and should have been able to this year but I couldn't find the section asking if I paid over 50% of my household expenses. I looked for it tried searching it Googled it etc nothing turbo tax wouldn't allow me to edit my filing status and I feel I lost a significant amount of money because of that. This year I was severally disappointed I think next year I'm going to shop around and try other services... Sorry but my return went from 11k to 6 after you changed my filing status man.... I am extremely upset and the more I type the more frustrated I get
