Unnecessary fees

Everything was super easy but they didn’t give me an option to opt out for the 25 fee for faster refund in 5 days. For the amount I paid it’s basically the same amount if I paid someone else to file for me and save the 2 hours and half of my time I spent filing my taxes.

Good product, ruined by shady manipulation

The actual product is good, with helpful explanations about what you need to do. However, the business practices to sneakily push you into giving consent to share your data for marketing purposes (in ways that are optional but they make it seem like the only option), and to pay for extra services (after you've already declined them), is SUPER SHADY and frustrating, and should not be allowed.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
