No electronic transfer of tax forms

State taxes were incredibly wrong

Your software insisted that I had a refund on my state taxes due to the sell of a stock despite the fact that I, on multiple attempts, tried to exclude it from my state tax deductions. The stock absolutely did not qualify as a state deduction per your own language on the screen but would not let me exclude it. As a result I'm now having to file state taxes using a different system. Incredibly annoying. I would have paid you the extra $40, rip off that it is, to file them for me but guess I can't. I'll try a different provider next year.

Easy to use. I just hate doing taxes. I started Ride sharing and it had all of the options. It just works!
