Worst Functionality Ever

I've used this product for several years now and THIS YEAR WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST !!!!! I couldn't navigate the prompts, the directions didn't match what was on the screen ( for instance JUMP TO, MY INFO, BACK PAGE,TOOLS - nothing worked...) The help menus were useless. I deeply struggled to edit sections I couldn't see, had to delete forms without being able to view them first, I had to recircle through the same prompts again and again and again! What a waste of time and to think I paid $138 bucks for this app. Horrid!

I recently used TurboTax for my tax filing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The software is incredibly user-friendly, guiding me through each step with clear instructions and helpful tips. I appreciated the ability to import my W-2 forms, which saved me a lot of time.
