Annoying

Did not mention I needed to upgrade since I had stock related taxes and forced me to either pay the fee for premium or waste the hour and a half I spent filing ignorant to this fact and then file somewhere else wasting more time. Horrible and annoying service. Wish I was notified sooner.

Turbo Tax, Do Better

When you do the free version of Turbo Tax, I wish it was actually FREE. Paying a processing fee is fine, but when I have to pay other fees on top of that, even though I did every bit of information on my own, that's kind of ridiculous...
