Turbo tax gives you control

I like the ability to start and stop working on my taxes. I have control.
I Do Not like the added fees (25.00)and continuous suggestion of upgrading (MAX). That is the reason for 4 stars instead of of stars

Forms are not applicable

It took 30 minutes to figure out how to manually delete a form - as turbotax offered no guidance. I couldnt get past the review stage because this form was "incorrect", but it was incorrect because it was not applicable. I corrected all of my information, including deleting my W2s and re-entering. This did not work, and I had to figure out how to manually go in and delete the form...as turbo tax gave no instructions on how to do so in a pinch. Furthermore, requiring a unique "nickname" in order to submit a review is just a way to prevent people from posting negative reviews.
