Bank Info

Everything was simple, but what I did not like was the fact I could not find anywhere to update my bank information. I looked at every option in my account and through the filing process but only had the "show" and 'hide" text I could click on for older bank info.

Love Turbo Tax. I have no head for numbers. Thank God for Turbo Tax. It gives me peace of mind which is priceless

I spoke with several representatives. They were friendly but did not have much knowledge of the system and provided only limited help. This year's turbo tax process was much more complicated than last year's. Not sure I will use Turbo Tax again.

Great, not 100% perfect, some glitchyness at the end when ready to file with looping back to the same questions over and over. But overall fine.
