TurboTax the Obtuse way to file

Just ridiculous, had to jump through hoops, very obtuse directions what should have taken 10 minutes took 3 hours. Wouldn't let me correct TURBOTAX mistakes, there is no help available with out doubling the payment, help sections are asinine!

Simple and cheap

I have been using TurboTax for over 5 years, in this time I have found TurboTax to be easy to use and very informative when it comes to certain aspects of the tax process. I'll continue using this platform as long they continue to keep the filing process simple and cheap.
