Good, but not free as advertised

TurboTax claims to be free, but they aren't. I had to pay $150.20 to file my taxes and they were simple. The program is as in-depth as necessary for anyone's tax situation and easy to use.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

I used turbo tax last year , so i decided to use it this year as well. It was wonderful. Helping me figure out the stuff i was confused on.

I've used Turbo tax for 7 years now and have always been satisfied with their product. The on-line application is direct and easy to use and is updated to the most recent tax codes. While the instructions are not confusing or difficult, you must nevertheless read them carefully and completely for the best result.

"Free" is a fallacy

Pretty easy to understand but "Free" is a fallacy and the price is a bit high for such a simple return. I am considering a cheaper option like filling out the forms myself next time.
