TurboTax the Obtuse way to file

Just ridiculous, had to jump through hoops, very obtuse directions what should have taken 10 minutes took 3 hours. Wouldn't let me correct TURBOTAX mistakes, there is no help available with out doubling the payment, help sections are asinine!
