turbotax is not awesome

to expensive, and I was forced to file due to crypto trade so I could not use the IRS system. will next year - $140 to file! - $40 so I could pay your fee and 99 for the service - joke

Turbo Tax Usability is only fair

Overall TurboTax was much more difficult to use for 2024 taxes than in previous years. Also, I could not get Form 5695 in the mobile app. I had to sign onto the web to get to this form and even the process on the web was not easy to follow. Considering not using Turbo Tax in future years.

The format this year was different than last year. I did not like it. It seemed more difficult to follow and understand. What ever has changed I would like it to go back to how it was last year.
