Using Turbo Tax is SO easy! Using Turbo Tax gave me the confidence to know that I've done my taxes right, and I've received every credit and deduction that I am entitled to! The option to have the fee for my tax preparation deducted from my refund is awesome! I'm also really happy with the method of receiving my refund.

Turbo tax is not awesome

This service makes doing your taxes easier but, it is too expensive. A $40 fee to take your already large fees from money that you are processing anyway is pretty terrible. Also, I feel like I was stalked in my email prior to using TurboTax.
