Awful - not user friendly

This turbo tax is NOT user friendly at all. I kept getting locked out and couldn't find my return that I had worked on for hours and this was more than once. There has to be an easier way to acces the return as you are working on it. I will never be able to use this again.

Easy to use. Buyer beware; it is not totally free. But it is comprehensive in scope.

Terrible. Use a different tax filing source

I have used TurboTax for years with no issue. No knock to two of the three customer service reps that I talked to but this experience was terrible. I was overcharged by $119 and was never provided a refund after 3 attempts to receive a partial.
