Always makes filing my taxes easier. I hate doing them and I'm a bookkeeper! Just stressful Turbo tax is easy and help is there if you need it and they are always patient and kind.

I like turbo tax but it feels predatory at some points. The $40 fee for paying with your federal returns money seems a bit pricey. Not only is it pricey, its not initially said to cost anything and by the time you get to the end of filing it's difficult to change. I know turbo tax is a paid service but it feels like they are really trying to milk you for every penny they can get from you.
