What a mess.

Hard to use this system after so many years with you. Having had you send my returns in a form of check to me, I could not find this option and there was no one to call for questions. Quit worrying about the revenue and worry about your customers. With out us you won't have any revenue to worry about. I want to know that my tax forms are safe, secured and nobody has access to them.

Not a Good Year

This year's Turbo Tax version was a nightmare. The IRA RMD rounding bug caused a lot of added unnecessary anxiety while doing our taxes. Even after the bug was supposedly fixed, I still got the same review/error window, and I had to figure out how to work past it. It took at least twice as long to complete our taxes compared to previous years. Well over three hours. Next year I will be looking at alternative options for our tax preparation.
