Disappointed 25 year Customer

I have been using TurboTax since 1999. I have loved using it and have referred a lot of people. This year it has been glitchy and not user friendly whatsoever. I will probably look for a new product next year.

Not sure why Federal was not free

I was trying to do the federal return for free, it looks like I was eligible, but I was charged premium and every time I tried to log back in to do it for free, it took me to premium. Felt like a bait and switch.
