The experience was easy to navigate and transfer my w-2 information into the system. I didn’t like at the end how they wanted me to pay 44.00 for extra premium services that to me was a waste of my money in my opinion.

it is definitely not free in any way shape or form. it costs an arm and a leg with all the fees they end up charging you!! this will be my last year using turbo tax.
