I've filed my tax returns with TurboTax for the last four years and it's the best decision I've made. Easy to use, affordable and it's accessible within your home or office.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

TurboTax is reliable

I use the basic service every year, and I never have any issues. The actual preparation takes about 30 minutes once I have all my documents.

software is easy to use, until I was ready for e-filing, I was stuck with transmitting , I changed to CHROME as recommended by your expert, it goes through right away.

Smooth process! Only negative was the helpful tips or question mark tabs were not working during the entirety of my process. I tried refreshing to no avail. However, I was able to use the internet to assist with my questions or confusions.
