TurboTax is a time saver!

Easy to use! It helped make the process of filing way easier! I have done my taxes with TurboTax for several years and wouldn't do it any other way!

It was very easy to navigate through the website and add my information. Also, it was easy to get answers when you didn't understand the questions or get more information to understand the questions.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

Too much upsell

Way too much upsel. At almost every checkpoint TurboTax, so to sell me a more expensive product This is really annoying

No on asked for premium!

I am not pleased with the way premium works. I was not asked to sign up for premium, seems like there was no option. So $99 is excessive! and quite ridiculous!
