I love DIY everything, especially when the system asks the important questions and gives you easy to understand explanations. Turbo Tax made it easy to file again this year.

I have been using TurboTax since 1999. I have loved using it and have referred a lot of people. This year it has been glitchy and not user friendly whatsoever. I will probably look for a new product next year.
