Bring back the original Credit Karma Tax!

I have been using the Credit Karma tax app for at least the last 5 years. It was never perfect but ever since Turbo Tax took it over, it’s been awful. It’s very buggie (constantly had to close out the app). They bombard you with advertisements to upgrade to the “deluxe” or “premium” or “super deluxe” versions, right in the middle of you trying to prepare your taxes. It was obnoxious. In the end, I paid $125 to do my taxes. I will be looking elsewhere next year.

Hidden Fees- Should be told upfront

Please let people know what all the fees are upfront. You say you are saving 40 dollars but you put it back on when you pay with your refund. I feel duped. I been with turbox for years but I may choose another option next year

Nothing More Simple or Trusted Than TurboTax

I have used TurboTax Premium for many years, and completely trust that what I am submitting to the IRS and State are absolutely correct and accurate. I like doing my own taxes, because I keep records and receipts throughout the year, and TurboTax makes it so easy just to enter all the information I have collected, and it figures my taxes for me. There is nothing more simple or trusted than TurboTax.

I just filed my personal and business taxes with TurboTax and it was a very smooth process. I thought it was going to be rough doing the business taxes because I hadn't filed them with TurboTax before but it was better than going with my previous filer.
