Easy to use but they want to charge you so much.

It's very user friendly and helps walk you through a lot of the steps. 3 Stars because it has become very pricey which it never use to be in the past, everything is charging a fee and wants to deduct more funds or charge you fee to even pay the fee.... way too much money they want to take.
