turbo tax app needs work

started on the app and there were some things I had to go to the webpage to figure out and fix. I think the app is good for simple filing.

TurboTax for the Win

It’s pricey but so helpful. Would like it more and would be 5 stars if it hadn’t cost me 197 for max, and 40 for stpbg. Thank you for all the help!

Not so great this year

A not so great experience for me compared to past years. The process flow was not as clear as it was before, confusing me at times.
In the app at the end of the process I was unable to view or save my tax returns. The pdf file was evidently corrupted. I called the help line. After a weird conversation with an AI bot I finally got thru to a person.who suggested I sign into the web version of TT. I did and was able to view and save my returns.

Easy but expensive

TurboTax is easy to use and helpful. However, it is expensive to file and the $40 for using your refund to pay is extreme.
