I've been using Turbotax for the past 5 years and every year I have a fast easy experience. Turbotax makes it simple to import information and I receive my refunds earlier than expected.

Crooks hiding fees

Crooks. Make it look like "deduct payment from tax return" just happens automatically, no charge. It does, in fact, incur a $40 charge. They won't tell you that until the very last screen, and they'll hide that info in a little drop down. Then, you have to back click through several pages to get to payment, where you can change to credit card, which does not have a hidden $40 fee. Scammy, cheap tactic.

Turbotax has always been able to get me a maximum refund amount. They make it simple and the most user friendly program. This year has been the best year for our refund so far and they will continue to be the best tax service to date.
