Easy and streamlined

Honestly makes the whole process so easy and streamlined. Taxes are normally a daunting annoying task, but with Turbo Tax I just have to get a few forms and fill in boxes which is much appreciated.

Turbo Tax Expensive

My information from previous years did not transfer to this year's return. Added fees to file were very expensive. I filed Federal for free last year and this year cost a whopping $89. It was almost as expensive as going to a tax expert!!!

Already stupid expensive and attempt to up sell customers every chance they get. I was asked to answer a few redundant questions, blah, blah, 1 Star. Next year I will be filing my taxes myself.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
