TurboTax needs to have more financial institutions to select. What a HUGE pain in the rear to have to upload documents and fill in the myriad of forms to justify my income because you don't have my popular financial institution in your database. I don't know why the system kept making me go over and over the same info. My time to complete was well over an hour longer than estimated.

App isn't user friendly

It was very complicated to put in estimated state taxes for 2024. We tried to use the app so we could file for free, but ended up having to do it online so now we have to pay for turbo tax plus additional fee of $45.00. We are not happy!
