TURBO TAX IS SO EASY!

I HAVE BEEN USING TT FOR A 4 YEARS NOW AND I JUST LOVE THE EASE AND SIMPLICITY TO USE IT. TT HAS EXPLANATIONS AND IF YOU LIKE EVEN A LIVE ADVISOR. I RECOMMEND TURBO TAX FOR YOUR TAX PREP NEEDS.

Turbo Tax is NOT AWESOME AT ALL!

The excessive back and forwards was frustrating
I logged in so many times to the ID.ME to answer your questions in the end I was able to provide what I had
The process with the standard deduction vs itemized was a sore lost waste of time as in the end the standard deduction was the safest
I had done my taxes on my phone that was damaged so I was not able to provide with 2023 AGI so I provided the last IP PIN the IRS gave to me and I hope to God there wasn't an additional one in the mail
I was not able to access my old turbo tax account due to the phone number change for verification purposes so I had to create a new account.
Overall this was an ordeal as when I finally retrieved needed information for required forms, there was an endless amount of hurdles to complete.
I am not sure that I will be using this software again
Oh yeah I had to also create a new Gmail account
I resolve issues on my own as these presented themselves
your software is no friendly process

No Need for an accountant with Turbo Tax

I was amazed how the automatic credit card upload worked. Saved me lots of money when I did my itemizations!
