Not happy this time.

I've used TurboTax for a few years now with moderate frustration each time. This time, I got into a form that seemed to apply but I think I did not qualify for. I could not find a way to back out of it and as a result, my forms would not e-file. So I have to print the forms out and try to fix them. I regret wasting $138 for something I could have done on my own. I don't think I will use it again next year.
