Easy to use and quick to complete

Super easy to use, their pop-up faq makes it easy to understand questions I have. They are also able to retain information from the previous year making it easy to file each year. Took me about 24 minutes to file, I don't have a whole lot of investments or anything going on, if I did I would probably use their live service support when filing.

DUE/REFUND & 1099-S

Good.
EXCEPT I miss the update to my tax due/refund that used to be in the upper left corner. Also, I entered my 1099-S 6 separate times, and it came up as a 1099 B. It looked good on the return.

I liked 2023 version better. I am a tax preparer, and it is easier for me to be able to jump back to the categories I need as I receive information that needs to be added to income and expenses.
