Fast and easy to use, High cost

The overall experience with Turbotax is good. They have a good integration method for importing documents and retrieving the correct information from various sources. I think it is one of the best tax systems available for personally filing taxes. The one thing I think could be better is the cost of filing. It seems to cost at least double what it cost just 1 year ago.

Offer 2 discounts and never give to me

first offer is my first time do taxes, suppose free, second offer my dad send me a reference code for 20% discount and never give to me. and no $25 dollar for my father.

Surprise Fee for filing

Although I used TuboTax last year I had to manually enter my 1099's. I was expecting a free return so I did not use any upgrades. When I got to the end I was surprised to see I owed $89. Very misleading throughout.
