The download process from a purchase from another vendor is most troublesome. I had to cancel my order and purchase (for more) from your site.

overall great, but my biggest problem was downloading and trying to find the license number. Not there. Finally found it on the intuit site. Then it said there was an error!

Extremely thorough and easy to understand. Even for the person who is clueless about taxes, TurboTax makes it simple and straightforward. I'll never go to a brick and mortar to do my taxes ever again
