A complicated completion.

I wasn't a big fan of the automated service for taking my info from an app and then charging me for it. No matter what I didn't I couldn't undo it. So I had to pay for a service I didn't want.

Get you a Taylor (Tax Pro Rep)!

Had a couple hiccups trying to e-file this year so I finally gave in and called the tax pro line. My representative named Taylor (wish I knew her employee id) saved my night! She was so so patient and extremely knowledgeable! I was dreading doing my taxes after so many technical issues but thankfully I got a human that knew her stuff and helped me finish my filing right there on the phone. Thanks Taylor :)
