Not as good as in years past

It was not as good this year as in the past. It did not save my past years charitable contribution list. It did not have the running tracker on the refund/taxes owed. I had to enter the credit card information twice because of of some unknown problem where the information would not be submitted.

If your tax situation is more complicated, e.g. ESPP share sales or 529 distributions, it is probably worthwhile to use a CPA.
