I used TurboTax because I wanted to make sure I got my taxes right and in under an hour I had it done. I'm glad I did. They actually reduced the amount I owed on Federal so I'm very grateful for that.

Great product. Filed my taxes in under 30 minutes with Itemized deductions. Price is a little high for service actually provided. I did not need assistance aside from entering the information digitally and converting/sending to the IRS. I also remember when they gave Federal away free
