I've used TurboTax for many years and it seems to get better each year. Very easy to use and it helped me maximize my refund.

Too much sales stuff.
Tax questions I understand are trying to make it simple for people but I prefer more context in why questions are asked. Too many seem disjointed or just don't provide a rationale why I'm being asked the question.
And can you stop with the dancing figures and cheering animations??? I'm not a 4 year-old. A simple statement of completion/success would really suffice.
