Works Great, Pricing is Deceptive at best

Turbo Tax works really well, but the pricing transparency and cost advertisement is almost criminal. They get you started with an advertised cost, then continually upsell you, don't disclose the additional cost for state taxes or the 40 process fee at the end.

Great Process Format

Turbo Tax makes it really easy to fill out and I like that they are clear about what you are filling out and where the money is coming from or going to. It's worth avoiding the headaches of trying to do it completely yourself. I've been doing my own taxes since I was 18 years old so I know how complicated it can be.
