Not happy with TurboTax but it's a necessary evil

The product is ridiculously expensive. I don't like the fact that the software is constantly trying to upgrade the user into an even more expensive product. Lastly, if the user is receiving a refund, Intuit is constantly trying to get you to move that money to one of their products. Shame!
