Turbo Tax is not perfect, but very good

Most everything is striaghtforward. Some things are a little confusing though. Also, it seems since I have been using Turbo Tax for years, it would know more info than it does and should not have to ask for the same things every year. [erspnal info aside. You really push to have users upgrade. Just ask once, not three times, please.
