I feel safe completing my tax return with Turbo Tax.
They continually strive to make the filing easier. I was able to complete a simple return in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I liked the ability to drag in documents, or entering a control number that pulled in the detail automatically.

A couple negatives

Keeps saying that I can't e-File State return due to solar credit but it's not accurate. I've never had a credit or carry over but it won't allow correction or deletion. This happened last year as well. Also says it will provide a mailing instruction page for paper State return but didn't have one, just the return itself.

NY State return failure by Turbo Tax

Very disappointed with my NYS tax return which I must now mail in because is said I claimed solar credit which I did not. It kept asking me for a Schedule B Part 2 code which had no help area to figure this out which i put a random 3 digit code. I now have to mail the form in which is not recommended. I would like a $39 refund that I paid to you to complete my state return. Unacceptable.
