Too expensive for the elderly

Very easy to navigate through the process, but it is not free. For us that are of the older generation, when you say free, we expect you to honor your word. I am 78 or will be in a few weeks, and I am raising a teenager. There are so many hidden expenses for children and I encounter them on a daily bases. Please reconsider your fees for us older folks that have to file yearly. I have to work to make ends meet for our household.

Commercial is a lie
