turbo is good but problems arise

Too many upsells. Misleading screens that require closely reading legalese to find out they're just stealing your data. Horrible. So yeah I hate it.

Frustrated This Year

I found Turbo Tax much more frustrating this year than in the past and not as user friendly. I had difficulty with deductions. Having them listed but not being able to review them and having to input all the information again was annoying. I had trouble finding where to put my estimated tax payments and the search engine was unhelpful.
