TurboTax makes it easy!

Turbo tax is easy to use and makes it more convenient each year! My husband and i have been using TurboTax for 11 years now and we are happy with our experience! Fees have been getting more expensive which has made me wonder about switching, but other than that we really like it!

I don’t know much about filing my own taxes but TurboTax gives a thorough explanation on anything you need and is more than helpful anytime I’ve used it.

Bad communication

My return was rejected because of our missing ip pin and you gave us no way to fix it. We finally just resubmitted and now just hoping it goes through. Your communication could be a lot better on describing how to fix.

The state return for Arkansas and capital gain loss carry over needs work on, better wording and it was confusion for if I had not known what to look for it would have been wrong. I have done taxes until this year for 20 years and it was confusing.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
