Just need more explanations

More detailed than other programs. I subtracted a star because there was no explanation for some items that I would have appreciated knowing more about.

Don't like the change in the software

This year was more difficult than previous years. I ended up having to call for help because things were popping up that had no bearing on my taxes. Where was the little ticker that told you how much you owed or how much you were getting back, which has always been at the top left corner of the tax return while a person was doing their taxes?

didn't download my core financial docs

Love the calculations but had to manually enter my numbers from both Fideilty and Chase, the accounts synced last year, but not this year. Minor haggle, but still annoying.

I detest doing paperwork and deciphering red tape, TurboTax makes it tolerable. Not exactly fun to file tax returns, but with the TurboTax help I got this one done in one afternoon. And no headache.
